Introduction

I’ve spent the past 25+ years of my life studying people while they are in the process of interacting with software running on computers. I have designed and built interactive marketing systems, interactive training systems and most recently, an interactive online presentation system. In all cases, they key to these systems’ successful operation is the ability to record a user’s input at the moment of interaction. I call this  ‘Interactivity at Point of Business.’

The most critical point in an information exchange is the very moment when a user is interactively engaged and emotionally involved with the information. So why not pay attention to what the user is doing at that point and make a permanent record of it? I set out over a quarter century ago to do just that.

My quest for knowledge and innovation has not ceased. This blog is the point of release and expression for the information that is now overflowing in my brain. I’ll share ideas, projects, success stories and case studies. And of course, I’ll provide you with an opportunity to interact as often as possible.
