I am a technologist. It is all I have ever been. I am fascinated by the effect technology has on the human condition, especially when humans use technology to communicate and interact with each other.
My primary career focus has been studying and implementing interactivity at point-of-business. I believe that the most critical part of the sales process is when a customer is interactively engaged and emotionally involved with your message. It is at this precise moment that I want to capture and analyze vital information that leads to better customer relationships, improved preference understanding and increased sales performance.
Along the way, I stay current on technologies that shape the human condition. My latest venture (for the past 5+ years) is an interactive healthcare delivery platform called CareSpan. As I explore new areas, I will share my opinions and programming adventures here. I hope you’ll join me.
